| Honesty in adult sights, Scary thought.
There is no doubt spam is profitable, but how profitable is it in reality.
Spam is instant cash, but short lived cash. More honesty with some spam
is a longer term cash, just not as much. And no spam takes a lot of cash
(this I can vouch for Frias E-zine is not cheep).
Spam in this definition is java councils, blind links, and the like;
all that amount to lying, and pushing people around. Now no one likes being
lied to let alone being pushed around. In the real world you push me I'm
going to punch you, if you lie to me I'm still liable to punch you. In
cyber space, well I can punch the monitor, but that hurts. So the reality
of spam is some very unfriendly e-mails, and a hack or two, or some times
even a law suit, but definitely a loss of long term traffic. On the other
hand sex is a strong drive, so even in this exponential growth of spam,
people still wade these shark filled waters. How ever after they bust a
nut, they're angered at how long it took them to find that high, and that's
where things get dangerous. Then hey lets spam the search engines because
we don't care what traffic we get as long as we get traffic (after all
we are getting paid per click aren't we). Meanwhile junior or little sis
are looking for Mickey Mouse only to get slapped in the face with a full
spread pussy. Parents do not like that kind of thing. So we build more
negative sentiment, more anger. It can not be healthy for long to build
this many negative vibes against us. Sex is fun and this new liberation
is great, but we are destroying it.
Sex has historically always been profitable, and deceit historically
gets you dead. History is showing us, and society is pointing down that
road: as an industry we can thrive or as an industry we can die. We can
make money with sex, and society has stepped back to let us do it. So if
you believe there is money to be made here, money we can enjoy making,
lets get together an figure out how to succeed instead of letting a few
assholes throw it all away for us.
